Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner through trusted courier partners. Orders within India are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. However, there can be an unexpected delay. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp.
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the promised timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery timelines for pre-orders, event-based merchandise, and promotional products may vary.
- If your order includes multiple products, we will attempt to deliver them together. However, this is subject to stock availability.
- We ship to only one address per order. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses and are not responsible for orders shipped to a P.O. Box that remain undelivered.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be edited, modified, or changed.
- If you are unavailable on the scheduled delivery date, please notify our customer experience team in advance.
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the order may be subject to cancellation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will not be handed over until full payment is made.
- Partial Cash on Delivery (COD): In case of Return to Origin (RTO), the partial COD fees paid are non-refundable.
- Delivery and COD charges are non-refundable.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
International Shipping
We ship internationally through reliable courier partners. International orders are typically delivered within 7-10 working days, but delays may occur due to customs processing and other factors.
- For international deliveries, orders may be left at the doorstep or mailbox if a signature is not required as per standard global shipping practices.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
- In case customs authorities or the courier partner contact the customer for payment of any customs duties, taxes, or related charges, the customer is solely responsible for settling these amounts directly with them.
- If the customer refuses to pay and the order is returned or marked as RTO, no amount will be refundable.

Please note: We do not permit returns or exchanges for international orders. However, in case of a defective product, kindly contact our support team at support@kisah.in within 48 hours of delivery.
