Return & Exchange Policy
How to Initiate a Return?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return by contacting our Customer Care Team at support@kisah.in within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process.
For defective or damaged products, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the damaged product.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in their original packaging with all tags, invoices, and courier receipts intact.
- Items should be packed securely to prevent damage during return transit.
- Damaged or soiled products will not be eligible for return or refund if not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Exchanges will be processed only after the original product is received and verified.
- Exchanged items cannot be returned.
- Customized items and accessories** are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are permitted only for items of equal or higher value.
- An unpacking video of the product is mandatory in case of a damaged or missing item.
Refund Process
Refunds are initiated once the returned product passes our quality check. The process takes 7 working days from the date we pick up the returned item.
- For COD orders: Refunds will be credited to your bank account.
- For prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
International Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
- In case of a defective product, please email us at support@kisah.in within 48 hours of delivery with images of the issue.
- An unpacking video of the product is mandatory in case of a damaged or missing item.
- Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for processing returns, exchanges, or refunds.
